Machine data: If you operate a Servobar machine, we collect usage data including ingredient levels, pour activity, and machine status.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in to SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from Pourmatix Inc at the phone number you provide. Message types include machine inventory alerts, machine issue alerts, and promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your machine activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS messages are sent via Twilio. See Twilio's privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

5. Email Communications

By opting in to email notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive emails from Pourmatix Inc at the address you provide. You may opt out at any time by updating your preferences at servobar.com/account or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account (password resets, etc.) are not subject to opt-out.
